Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, we will carefully prepare your items for shipment. We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. Because live plants are perishable, we do not dispatch orders on weekends to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Availability:
In the rare event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly. We will offer the option of a full refund for the unavailable item or a credit voucher for future purchases, whichever you prefer.
Shipping Partners & Delivery Times:
We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Please see the estimated delivery times below:
- North India, North East, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana: We use Blue Dart Air Mail or DTDC Air Mail for these regions. Expected delivery time is 4-7 business days.
- South India: We use DTDC or Professional Couriers for deliveries within South India. Expected delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Shipping Methods:
- Live Plants: Due to their perishable nature, live plants are always shipped via priority air mail to minimize transit time and maintain their health.
- Non-Perishable Items: Items such as potting mix, pots, and other gardening supplies are typically shipped via surface mode.

- The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safe arrival of your plants, we cannot guarantee their condition upon delivery. Please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if you have any concerns.
